Jean is trained in all areas of General Naturopathic Practice and is passionate about providing holistic health services to Rural and remote Australia. After years in private practice in Sydney, Jean relocated to the Northern Tablelands to experience the country lifestyle and gain valuable experience as a Rural Naturopath.
She enjoys walking the talk, spending time cooking, gardening and connecting with friends and family. In practice, Jean is easy to talk to, listens carefully, and is always updating her knowledge and skills to deliver the best possible service. Taking a client centered approach, Jean prides herself for being a minimal prescriber, ensuring the therapeutics chosen can multitask to meet key therapeutic treatment goals.
As the founder of Highlands Naturopathy, with clinics in Armidale, Inverell, Glen Innes and via Telehealth, Jean uses diet, lifestyle, nutritional and herbal medicines to formulate individualised holistic health treatment plans and prescriptions. A skilled practitioner who utilises the latest clinical trial data incorporated with traditional knowledge of natural medicines to guide you on your health journey.
