THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS

Traditional knowledge & the latest clinical trials

Traditional medicines have a long history of use in folk medicine and science is catching up with a huge amount of research into plant medicines and nutrients for various ailments. We combine the best of both worlds to bring you the highest quality health care.

What is holistic health?

We treat the individual person rather than the disease. This means that two people with the same diagnosis, may receive two completely different treatments. We consider diet, lifestyle, environmental, biological, social and spiritual aspects of wellness. Naturopathy aims to support the tone and function of body systems and tissues to encourage healing. We use nutrition and herbal medicine and an integrative approach to health.

We provide relevant testing referrals, and an integrative health summary for you to give to your GP to make sure you receive the best quality of care.

Nutrition, herbal medicine, testing referrals.
Online bookings and patient ordering.
Collaborative health summary letters for your GP and allied health team.
