This will ensure that we spend our appointment time discussing key drivers and factors that may be influencing your health.     2. *If you have booked a telehealth appointment please ensure that you return a signed copy of your new patient form and photo ID at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your appointment cannot proceed if you haven’t returned the consent form. 
    3. If you have any cold or flu, rash or other infectious illness or if symptoms develop prior to your appointment please reschedule or select Telehealth.

Please gather copies of any recent blood tests or pathology reports/specialist reports and email or fax them to Highlands Naturopathy to integrate your health care. A referral letter from your GP outlining your current medical history and medications is advantageous although not essential. You can request this from your GP and bring it to your appointment.
