Making Naturopathy Accessible in Rural NSW

What are Group Consults?

Group consults are an affordable way to experience Naturopathy no matter where you are in Rural Australia. Group sessions are capped at 5 people and are designed to provide a supportive environment to guide and empower you with a specific health condition relevant to the group.

The session is structured so that everyone has the chance to discuss individual issues and have naturopathic check ins and advice, support and insight from others in the group experiencing the same health issue, and education about the health condition. Sessions run for 90 minutes per fortnight with a minimum commitment of 3 sessions. This is to ensure ongoing support to get the most out of Naturopathic care.

All sessions are run via skype and include individualised holistic health treatment plans, which will be emailed to you within 48hrs of your initial session.

Conditions available for Group Consults

Treatment plans for group consults focus primarily on diet and lifestyle strategies with natural medicine prescriptions tailored to the individual. Natural medicines may be based on traditional use and or clinical trial data.

Your Investment

Each session is only $49! That works out to be a total of $147 for three sessions over a 6 week period. The equivalent for individual consultations would value $328, giving group participants a savings of over $180. Why so cheap? We are passionate about making Naturopathy accessible across Rural NSW and without Medicare rebates and the cost of living pressures, many people simply can’t access the service. Group consults solve this problem, and we hope to make a real difference to health outcomes using this model of care. This is a new service model at Highlands Naturopathy and we are excited to pilot our group programs. *Natural medicine prescriptions incur additional fees, however these will be tailored to your individual needs and budget.
